1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

1. Email us at sales@nooralanameltrading.ae with your order number and reason for return.

2. Await approval and return instructions.

3. Ship the item back at your own expense.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at sales@nooralanameltrading.ae with pictures for review.
